this band has absolutely nothing in common with new kids (on the block…remember???), it´s just the name, they call themselves NUKIDS and they´re from stuttgard/germany.
since february 27th you can find them on you tube.
i was drawing tonight and i drew a mermaid. so i posted that picture on my space…and they deleted it… superfast! it was a few minutes on and when i wanted to check it- it was deleted!!! this is what they said:
“We had to remove an image (or images) from your account because they violated our Terms of Use. Our site is for people as young as 13, so we can’t have certain kinds of pics (nude/sexually explicit, violence).
Kenelis are a 5 piece Alt Rock band from Farnborough in Hampshire. Sharing the stage with the likes of Reuben, Your Codename is:Milo, Fightstar and a Ghost of a Thousand. Had expsoure on radio stations such as XFM, Total Rock Radio Metal Head Radio and various Student Radio stations all over the UK.
Gig history has included The Borderline, Mass Club, Guilfest 2007/2008 and other festivals and well established venues. They plan to tour the UK this year at various rock venues and large events including London Pride, Nottingham Pride and Brighton’s Student Pride.
In January 2009 Kenelis released their much anticipated debut album ‘Remember How It Felt’ produced by Angus Cowan (Reuben, Redwood) on their indie label Black Grass Records. The promote the album, the band have released singles ‘Nobody See’s Me (But You)’ and ‘Drained’ and produced two professional music videos.
